| 摘 要： | 面对用人单位对人才的需求,大学生的实践能力越来越受到企业的重视。管理学传统理论方法对学生的实践能力培养有限,本文从开放式案例模拟学习、采集本土化案例、企业虚拟岗位设立实践等方法入手,从而不断提高大学生管理实践能力。
