| Abstract: | With the constant improvement of market economic system, the vicious competition gradually reduced. This paper explains the meaning of reasonable low price method and its relationship between bidding, and bidding strategies. It analyzes the skills of bid decision and listing price quotation, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations, which provide a reference basis for the bidding management. |
