摘    要:BTU炉在温度控制系统中,使用数字式电脑控制,其所用的PID控制参数使用工程整定法,整定过程较为复杂,且控制精度不是很高。而现在随着科学技术的进步,在许多场合都使用专用仪表的自适应PID控制,它不需要精确的数学模型,就可以自动计算PID参数值,极大的提升了控制精度。

Abstract:BTU furnace is controlled by digital computer in the temperature control system, of which the PID control parameter uses the engineering tuning method, the tuning process is complex and the control accuracy is not high. With the progress of science and technology, the adaptive PID control of the dedicated instruments is used in many occasions, and it can automatically calculate the PID parameter values without the accurate mathematical model, which greatly improves the control accuracy.
