船舶检验和安全管理探析

随着社会和水运事业的不断发展,航海业越来越受到人们的广泛关注。而航海是高风险行业,怎样做好船舶各项工作,如何通过整合船舶检验与船舶安全检查资源,更好地维护水域环境安全,配合海事主管机关做好航行安全工作。本文通过对船舶生产、检验和船舶安全检查进行分析,提出实现对接的措施和意义,从人员、信息、工作三方面论证实施对接的可行性。
