摘    要:本文以SDNY集团为例,以360度绩效考核理论为基础,研究探索如何对机关工作人员的绩效进行客观、公平的评价和考核,从而不断提高员工绩效水平,增强公司在市场中的竞争力,促进在公司内形成积极向上的氛围。

Abstract:Taking SDNY group for example, based on the theory of 360 degree feedback theory, this article researched how to objectively and fairly evaluate and examine the performance of the office workers, in order to continuously improve the level of employee performance, strengthen the company competitiveness in the market and promote positive atmosphere in the company.
