摘    要:2012年年底出台的"国八条"对中国酒店业影响深远,制约着中国酒店的发展方向,中国政府及时的"点刹"对酒店转型发展提出了要求,国内众多的酒店如何破解这个难题?本文通过对苏州一酒店的在此危机中应对方法作一些分析,期望对苏州酒店业同行及其他酒店业同行起到借鉴作用。

Abstract:"The Eighth National Regulation" introduced in the end of 2012 had a far-reaching impact on China's hotel industry and restricted the development direction of China's hotel. This behavior of Chinese government points out new demand for the hotel's transformation and development, how to crack this problem for many domestic hotels? This paper analyzes the response method of a hotel in Suzhou in this crisis, in hope of provide reference for Suzhou hotel industry and other hotel industry.
