| Abstract: | Through the analysis of strategies of university and industry during the process of the Game Theory by using the Game Theory as the analysis tool, this paper comes to the conclusions that combination of industry, education and research between university and company is a reasonable cooperation that maximize the bilateral profits and company will be placed in a passive position. And some advice are put forward in this article. |
