| 摘 要： | 我国乡镇企业经过二十多年的发展之后,目前处于徘徊、停滞状态,主要表现为经营体制改革进展缓慢;增长方式粗放;布局分散,集中困难;吸纳农村剩余劳动力的能力减弱;发展资本不足,缺乏良好的融资环境等等。乡镇企业要实现新的跨越式发展,就不能不选择有效的应对方略。

| Abstract: | After twenty years' development, China's township enterprises are now in a stage of lingering or stagnation. It is mainly embodied in the slow progress of management system reform; extensive growth mode; scattered distribution; the weakening ability of absorbing rural surplus laborers; lack of development funds and without of favorable financing environment. To realize the leapfrog development, township enterprises have to adopt an effective strategy to overcome these difficulties. |
