| 摘 要： | 江苏省结合实际情况,推行新型农村合作医疗制度,形成了自身特色.在推行过程中暴露出一些问题,比如新型农村合作医疗规范依据法律位阶低,监管制度与反馈机制缺失,医疗预防制度缺乏等.完善新型农村合作医疗制度,应当着重于建立医疗预防机制,加强医疗信息化建设,加强宣传和引导,加强对定点医疗机构的监管.

| Abstract: | Combining with it＇s own situation, Jiangsu Province has being implementing new rural cooperative medical system and formed its own characteristics. In the implementation process, some questions have exposed, such as junior legal hierarchy of new rural cooperative medical rules basement, absence of regulatory system and feed- back mechanism, lack of medical prevention system and so on. Perfecting new rural cooperative medical system should focus on establishing medical prevention system, strengthening medical information construction, stepping up propaganda and guidance and strengthening supervision over designated medical institutions. |
