摘    要:贵州省铜仁地区烟草专卖局围绕企业发展,在人事、用工、分配制度方面进行了一系列改革创新,特别在淡化用工身份,建立新型薪酬分配体系方面的改革,为同行提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The Tongren tobacco of Guizhou province centered on the enterprise development,carried on a series of innovation in the personnel system,the labor system,and the distribution system,especially in the desalination of employing labor identity,Tongren tobacco established the new salary assignment system,which can be used for reference for the people of the same occupation.
