| 摘 要： | 平板车的车架是整个车体结构中非常重要的部件。文章设计了车架结构,确定了车架的尺寸参数,并进行了强度校核验算。建立了车架的三维模型,在Ansys中对车架进行了有限元静力分析,得到了其在特定载荷下的受力图及车架变形图,验证了结构计算的正确性。

| Abstract: | The frame of flat transporter is a very important part of whole structure. In this paper,structure of the vehicle was designed,the dimension parameter and strength check were calculated.3d model was built,the stress distribution and displacement distribution was got from finite element static analysis and testified the validity of the result of the structure calculation. |
