20世纪80年代以来,基于降低交易费用的专业化分工和各种中间组织的出现,供应链管理理念应运而生,以供应链中的信息流为基础,结合物流和资金流,围绕供应链的各种融资方式出现。论文通过博弈模型,将供应链分为上下游,深入分析了核心企业、上下游中小企业和银行的行为和融资机理。基于全球经济的复苏和金融创新围绕实体经济开展,供应链融资将会有新的大发展。

The Game Theory Analysis and Prospect of Supply Chain Financing

Supply Chain Management （SCM） has emerged as a result of the emergence of specialization based on the reducecl transaction costs and various intermediate organizations since 1980＇s. Occurring in the forms of financing around various supply chain, it is built on the information flow in the supply chain together with logistics and cash flow. In this paper, according to the game model analysis, the supply chain is divided into upstream and downstream to give in-depth analysis to the behavior and financing mechanism of the core enterprises and small and medium enterprises （SME）. With the basis of the global economic recovery and financial innovation around the real economy, supply chain financing will have a promising development.
