| 摘 要： | 近年来随着我国私营企业逐渐建立起了党组织、职代会和工会，使私营企业与国有企业一样也存在老“三会”和新“三会”的关系问题。文章认为私营企业职代会、工会与股东会、董事会的关系是劳资关系，党组织在它们的关系中主要是双方利益的协调者和维护者。
