| 摘 要： | 物流金融可以帮助中小企业突破“融资难”的困境。文中从物流金融的概念出发，分析了物流金融运作的模式，指出了物流金融在实践中存在的问题及其发展瓶颈，最后提出了第三方物流企业参与物流金融业务风险的控制策略。

| Abstract: | Logistics financial can help small-medium enterprises breakthrough "financing difficult" situation. This paper from the concept of the logistics financial,the operation model of the logistics financial,pointed out the existing problems and their development bottleneck of the financial logistics in practice,and concludes the risk control strategies of the logistics financial that the third-party logistics enterprises participate in. |
