| 摘 要： | 在国外，工程保险作为保险业的主要险种之一，已经相对较为完善。首先对国外工程保险制度的起源和发展历史进行了回顾，然后对国外工程保险的主要内容和工程保险中的几个主要险种进行了说明，这对于我国工程保险的深入开展具有参考价值。
