| 摘 要： | 循环经济是实现经济社会可持续发展的重要途径，我国已把发展循环经济正式列入国家“十一五”规划。但是，受传统能源利用结构以及某些经济、法律制度安排的影响，目前在我国，循环经济的发展还面临着一些不利因素，制约了发展的步伐。只有尽快采取措施克服这些制约因素，才能将循环经济的发展逐步推向规模、良性的发展轨道。

| Abstract: | Recycling economy is an important approach of the sustainable development.It was put into theEleventh-Fiveplan formally by China Central Government.However,recycling development in China is facing much disadvantaged factors due to energy structure,some law and economic system arrangement,etc.Therefore it is necessary for China to conquer these restricted factors by taking some measures soon in order to make development of recycling economy better. |
