| Abstract: | This paper analyses rent-seeking behavior through the political power in the legal crime with respect to its causes. The analysis is based upon the rent-seeking economics.The paper proposes some key concepts such as de-crimination the legal crime,decreasing the rent,and raising the criminal efficiency,etc. |
