The Studies of the Realization way and Effect on Foreign Sole Ownership

With the fast fierce development of the economical globalization and information-based,it is more obvious for the tendency of the foreign merchant having Chinese investment sole ownership.Its investment way changes from the formerly joint capital to the sole ownership.Its investment method changed from joint capital to buys.This article inquired into the negative effect which the foreign sole ownership have offect on the development of economic in our country and propose corresponding melting strategy on the base of the foreign sole ownership realization way under the new situation.
