| 摘 要： | 本文以Borensztein等人的人力资本理论模型为基础，构造分析聚合数据(Paneldata)的计量模型，利用中国地区层面上的数据，对国际直接投资与中国各地区的经济增长之间的关系进行实证研究。文章分析认为：国际直接投资对经济增长的推动作用，在经济发展水平较高的地区强于经济发展水平较低的地区，在开放程度较高的地区强于开放程度较低的地区，在技术水平和创新能力较高的地区强于技术水平和创新能力较低的地区。

| Abstract: | The paper is following the guide based on the model of human capital which were created by Borensztein et al. in 1995. The paper is going further to research the relationship between the regional economic growth and FDI by forming the model of panel data econometric analysis. The analysis reveals that the role is more important in the higher level economy regions than in the lower level economy regions; more important in the open region than in the close region; more important in the higher innovation ability region than in the lower innovation ability region; more important in the lower density of state-owned enterprises' region than in the higher density of state-owned enterprises' region. |
