| 摘 要： | 探讨了制造业数字化供应链的建设思路与路径构建,提出培育数字化企业、构建数字化供应链、打造数字化生态三步走的发展思路,对可能进行数字化改造的研发设计、生产排程、库存优化、智能运输等环节进行分析,提出了制造业数字化供应链的路径构建。

| Abstract: | By discussing the idea and path for the construction of the digital supply chain of the manufacturing industry,this paper proposes a three-step development program including cultivating digital enterprises,building the digital supply chain,and creating the digital ecology.Next,targeting the R&D,production scheduling,inventory optimization,and intelligent transportation,etc.,which were viable for digital transformation,we proposed the construction path of the digital supply chain of the manufacturing industry. |
