格莱珉银行的关系融资模式

摘    要:关系融资产生于20世纪90年代,是一种基于软信息的融资制度,强调借贷双方长期和紧密的关系,其优势在于降低了信息成本,减少了信息不对称。根据经验分析,孟加拉国的格莱珉银行的经营模式即是关系融资模式,这对中国农村的金融发展具有启示与借鉴意义。传统的中国社会是一个典型的关系社会,通过社会关系可以进一步缓和农村地区的信息不对称和高昂的交易成本,有助于解决农民和农村中小企业的融资难问题。

Abstract:The relationship financing was produced in twentieth Century 90 years,is a kind of soft information based on both sides of loan financing system,emphasis on the long-term and close relationship between,its advantage lies in reducing the cost of information,reduce information asymmetry. According to the empirical analysis,Bangladesh Grameen Bank's business model is the relationship of financing pattern,has the enlightenment and reference significance to Chinese the rural financial development. The traditional China society is a typical social relations,social relations can be further relaxed by asymmetric information in rural areas and high transaction cost,helps to solve the farmers and rural SMEs financing problem.
