| 摘 要： | 伴随着地勘单位改制进程的不断加快,组建企业集团、发展多元化经营已经成为其壮大的重要趋势。对多元经营的优势与风险的正确认知是地勘单位进行多元化经营的重要前提。地勘单位在发展多元化时,要充分发挥自身优势,认清经营风险,利用协同效应,才能实现多元化经营目标。

| Abstract: | Accompanied by accelerating the process of restructuring geological prospecting units,the formation of enterprise groups,diversification has become its development and expansion of important trends.On correct understanding of the advantages and risks of diversified business is diversification important premise of geological prospecting units.When in the diversification of geological prospecting units,to give full play to its own advantages,to recognize business risks,synergies,diversification objectives can be achieved. |
