中国矿业城市发展道路的选择

文章从矿业城市可持续发展角度 ,分析了目前矿业城市发展中存在的矿产资源开发与城市建设规划之间 ,矿产资源开发与城市环境建设之间 ,产业结构、经济效益与城市发展、职工生活之间 ,矿山企业与城市管理之间 ,信息化发展滞后与城市发展之间等五对矛盾问题。提出了加强宏观调控、实现矿产结构战略性调整 ,加强矿产资源集约式开发利用、减少对城市环境破坏 ,实现矿业城市与矿山协调发展 ,对矿业城市的产业结构进行调整等四项实现矿业城市可持续发展的战略措施建议

Development Directions of Chinese Mining Cities

From the view of mining and sustainable development in the city, the paper analyses the present contradictions existing between mineral resource development and city environmental protection; industrial structure; economic profits and city development, worker's life; mining enterprises and city management; information industry development backwardness and city development in the city and mining development. The author makes four suggestions for realizing the strategy of mining while having achieving sustainable development in the city. They are to strengthen macro-control and implement strategic readjustment of mining structure; implement intensive exploitation and usage of mineral resources and reduce destruction to city environment; realize balancing development of mining cities and mining enterprises; and readjust industry structure of mining cities.
