| 摘 要： | 自《合同法》颁布以后,我国立法机关将中国民法典的制订又纳入了立法议程,作为民法典的重要组成部分的物权法成为当前立法的重点。文章就物权内容在物权法的起草过程中所产生的若干争议进行了浅析。

Analysis about Some Contentious Problems in Our Country's Property Right Legislation |

| Abstract: | Since the promulgation of "Contract Law" in our country,the legislature has placed making standard Chinese Civil Law on the agenda.As the important part in the Standard Civil Law,Property Right Law becomes the key point in present legislation.The paper analyzes some contentious problems which are caused in the draft of Property Right Law concerning its content. |
