| Abstract: | The innovative patterns around world are deep adjustment, so that the American scientists keep a strong sense of crisis and enterprising spirit. This article on U.S. science and technology policy and innovation strategy shows the United States is committed to improve the innovation environment, encourage market competition to promote innovation and technology progress, and increase public investment for innovation to respond to the opportunity and challenge. |
