| 摘 要： | 通过国际市场占有率指标、贸易竞争指数和净出口指标来分析我国中小企业出口竞争力现状，结果表明我国中小企业出口竞争力仍然较低。这既有中小企业自身的原因，也有政府政策的原因。根据我国中小企业出口竞争力模型，提升我国中小企业出口竞争力，既要强化政府在提升中小企业出口竞争力的主导作用，更要发挥中小企业提升自身出口竞争力的能动作用。

| Abstract: | The paper,on the bases of analyzing the current situation of SMES' export competitiveness,studies the factors that influence SMES' export competitiveness.At last,the paper attempts to provide a mode to increase Small & Medium Enterprises' export competitiveness and concludes that increasing SMES' export competitiveness needs the strive of the government and SMES. |
