| 摘 要： | 针对石油装备制造企业产品品种多、市场和客户需求变化频繁、生产组织形式复杂多样的特点,以宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司ERP运行现状以及出现问题的分析和改进策略为研究内容,对ERP项目实施"成功"与"失败"的概念进行定义,并总结项目实施过程中,制约项目实施效果的风险因素:上机时机、企业高层支持力度、企业内部真实需求、系统供应商支持力度、实施手段、目标定位等,为大型制造型企业ERP项目实施提供可借鉴的理论支持。 |
