| 摘 要： | 采用缓蚀剂防腐,是一种经济、方便、有效的防护措施,腐蚀速率或缓蚀率是缓蚀剂的重要性能指标,评价的主要依据是石油天然气行业标准SY/T 5273-2000。该标准中腐蚀速率或缓蚀率的计算,未考虑酸洗空白失重。通过评价试验结果证明,如果不考虑酸洗空白失重,计算出的腐蚀速率偏大,缓蚀率偏小,人为地夸大了腐蚀、缩减了缓蚀剂的防护效果。
