| 摘 要： | 目前,房地产业对我国经济发展的支撑作用是巨大的,在我国的社会经济中扮演着重要的角色。随着房地产业的迅速发展,房价不断上涨,尽管国家出台了一系列政策来调控房价,但是调控效果并不明显。本文研究了长春市房地产业的发展现状,分析了导致高房价的根本原因,并针对房价过高的问题提出了对策建议,以期促进房地产业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Real estate has an important role in the development of China economic.At present,the price of house is very high.Many policies and regulations have been issued to control the high price,but the effect is not obvious.This paper analyses the current situation of development of real estate in Changchun,finds out the the root causes leading to high prices,and put forward suggestions to solve the problem. |
