浙江产业集群空间发展与城市化的互动分析

随着产业集群的不断发展,它对城市化的推动作用越来越强。工业基础好、产业布局原本相对集中的地区对城市的集聚、辐射带动作用较强,城市化和产业集群发展的互动效应也更强。在布局上,大城市往往能更好地吸聚人才、科技等创新型要素,进而支撑高新技术产业集群的发展,而小城镇由于资源禀赋上的限制,集聚比较多的是劳动密集型的产业集群。因此,要充分发挥大城市的要素集聚和产业培育功能,加强城市功能分工和空间优化,并推动工业园区成为城市新区。

With the development of the industrial cluster,it exerts a greater influence on the course of urbanization.The aggregation and radiation of urban are most effective on the area where industry is well developed.In the view of industry geographical distribution,big cities often can attract factors such as talent and technology greatly.So it can comparatively motivate the development of the high-tech industrial cluster.On the contrary, little towns often gather labor-intensive industrial cluster because of the resources restriction.Therefore,in order to make the industrial park become parts of the city,the government should strengthen the division on function and the optimization on spatial distribution of urban.
