绿色贸易与我国外贸的可持续发展

改革开放以来,我国对外贸易取得了丰硕成果.但从环境与贸易协调发展的角度看,尚存在出口产品污染程度高、技术含量低和进口多为高耗能及高污染产品等诸多问题.随着国际范围内绿色贸易浪潮的不断高涨,我国外贸面临着现实增长与可持续发展的矛盾冲突.面对这种强劲的发展势头,我国外贸应内外并举--树立绿色科学贸易观,建立健全绿色贸易保障体系,从宏观立法、产品结构等方面采取积极措施,促进我国对外贸易的持续发展.

Green Trade and Continuous Development of Our Foreign Trade

Since reformation and being open in our country, our foreign trade has made great achievement. But from the view of environment and corresponding development of trade, still existing many problem such as polluting products, lower technology and higher consumer of energy sources, with the development of green trade, our foreign trade face the antinomy to the increasing and continuous development. So we should build up the view of green trade, set up safeguard system of green trade. We should take the long - standing measure from the side of law, structure of product so that prove the continuous development of our foreign trade.
