螺旋流量计高含水计量可行性探讨

摘    要:重点分析新型螺旋流量计量仪表现场试验与计量含水达80%以上的原油分析仪表的可行性。探讨随着油田原油采出液中含聚合物、含沙、高含水等杂质呈逐年增高的趋势和高含水油计量存在的诸多关键技术问题。在试验基础上,探索应用螺旋流量计计量高含水原油,并且提出应用螺旋流量计与高含水分析仪进行测量数据链整合与优化的新构想,从而寻求解决高含水原油适用的计量仪表及延长使用寿命和误差影响等问题,达到减少仪表故障、降低维护成本的目的。

Abstract:An analysis concentrates on the feasibility of new spiral flowmeters in the spot test and the measurement of high watered oil combined with other high water cut analyzers. Many key technical problems in the measurement of high watered oil are discussed, which appear with the tendency of annual increase of impurities like polymer, sand and high water cut in crude oil produced in oilfields. Based on the experiment, an exploration is conducted in applying the spiral flowmeter to the measurement of high watered oil. Meanwhile a creative idea has been put forward in order to use spiral flowmeters and high water cut analyzers in the integration and optimism of measurement data chains. Therefore, solutions to problems like the selection, adaptability, service life and error influence of high watered oil meters are explored so as to reach the goal of reducing meters faults and lowering the cost of maintenance.
