| 摘 要： | 社会和时代的变化,使大学生思想发生了巨大变化,进而影响着大学生的需求和行为,而大学生就业问题关系着我国经济的腾飞和社会的稳定。如今的大学教育必须要紧跟时代步伐,关注大学生的需求变化,对在校大学生进行有针对性的培养和引导。应深入分析当今社会对人才的新需求以及大学生自身的需求变化,以便更好地为社会输送合格人才,打开激烈竞争下的高校就业新局面。
