| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国养老机构发展中存在的问题，据此针对性地提出了今后一个时期发展养老服务机构的几点建议，必须以科学发展观总揽全局，坚持“以人为本”的科学发展观，统领养老机构发展和人性化服务的开展；加快制定并全面落实支持养老机构发展的法规和政策；发展养老服务机构，要坚持社会化、专业化、规范化的方向。

| Abstract: | The problem, accordingly having analysed our country providing for the aged there existing in organization development middle suggests the main body of a book at that the pertinency field serves organization having brought forward a period the days to come developing providing for the aged several o＇clock： Must develop a Taoist temple with science assuming overall control of a situation , insist that ＂peopleoriented ＂ science develops a Taoist temple, the head provides for the aged organization develops and personalizes carrying out serving; Law and regulation and policy accelerating the work out and ascertain support all round to provide for the aged organization development; Develop the direction providing for the aged serving organization , needing to insist on socialization , professionalization , normalizing. |
