摘    要:如何建立与企业发展规模和现代企业管理理念相适应的业绩考核体系,如何根据管理部门的岗位和人员特点进一步创新和推动业绩考核工作,临沂矿业集团在理论与实践中不断寻求突破与创新,构建了管理部门全员业绩考核体系,实现了管理部门业绩考核的全员、全流程、全覆盖和全落实。

Abstract:How to set up a performance assessment system suitable to the enterprise development scale and modern enterprise management idea and how to further innovate and promote the performance assessment work according to the post and person- nel features of the management department, Linyi Mining Group was continuously seeking a breakthrough and innovation in the theory and practices. A whole staff performance assessment system of the management department was established and thus the whole staff, full procedure, full covered and full implementation of the performance assessment of the management depart- ment were realized.
