| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the serious economic mode faced to the coal enterprises,introduced the countermeasures to the management innovation of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group under the new situation and provided the certain measures of the coal enterprise in the enhanced safety production,serious controlled fund investment,adjustment of industrial structure,en hanced coal sales management and control,and other aspects. |
