| 摘 要： | 构建一支结构合理的实验师资队伍是提高高校教学水平特别是应用型高校教学水平的关键所在。该文通过结合笔者所在院校分析了当前民办本科高校实验师资队伍所存在的问题,并就如何构建合理的实验师资队伍进行了初步的探讨,提出相应的策略。 |
