服务产业转移缩小了地区收入差距吗

 本文基于国际分工深化视角分析服务产业转移对地区收入差距的影响，通过模型分析和实证研究均表明，在全球价值链和国内价值链的双重治理下，越来越多的企业（包括跨国公司和本土企业）进行服务产业转移，将研发设计、品牌营销等服务部门配置在中国沿海地区，而将制造和加工部门设在中国内陆地区。这种配置利用国内产业之间的关联效应，延伸和拓展产业价值链，带动了内陆地区融入全球化，缩小了中国地区收入差距。

DID SERVICE TRANSFER REDUCE REGIONAL INEQUALITY

With the evolution of international division of labor，service transfer became the most important part of the new round of industrial transfer, thus gave the new chance to solve the problem of regional inequality. In the double governance of global value chain and domestic value chain, more and more multinationals and domestic enterprises of China began to make their headquarters(usually the function of management and research center etc.) located in Chinese coastal areas, and then the inland regions gradually became the base of manufacturing, which extended and expanded the industry value chain, drove inland into globalization, and reduced the regional inequality of China. Mathematical model and empirical analysis based on panel data in China supported the conclusion.
