区域企业自生能力评价指数与区域经济发展实证——基于中国各地区的研究

区域企业自生能力是区域实体经济发展的基石,其包括区域企业创新力、创业力、集群力、成熟度和国际化能力等五个维度。根据对中国大陆29个省市区的区域企业自生能力进行评价,可以将各地区划分为高位调整型、积极赶超型、快速追赶型和双重拖累型等四种类型,同时,这些地区间企业自生能力指数的差距呈现出一种不完全的收敛态势。实证结果表明,区域基期的企业自生能力指数对该区域下一期的经济发展水平具有显著的解释力和影响力。因此,优质实体经济项目源培育应成为发展政策的主要内容,应用区域企业自生能力指数考核区域经济发展质量可以有效地解决当前中国GDP考核的难题。

Evaluation Index of Region Viability of Firms and Regional Economic Development: Based on the Study of Regions in China

Region viability of firms(RVF),including innovation ability,venture ability,cluster ability,mature ability and internationalization ability,is the cornerstone of regional economic development.Base on the evaluation of RVF indexes of 29 regions in china,regions in china are classified into four types:top and adjusting regions,active catch-up regions,rapid accelerating regions,and dual encumbered regions.Meanwhile,gaps of indexes among these regions are in process to incomplete convergence.The empirical study shows that RVFs of the base period has great influence on regional economic development of the next period.Therefore,fostering high-quality source pool of real economic enterprises is the key of development policy,application of index of RVF to measure the quality of regional economic development can be an effective solution for china’s GDP evaluation dilemma today.
