| 摘 要： | 突破传统企业共生关系，基于利益相关者理论和治理理论，建立了生态产业链利益相关者关系网络模型，分析了利益相关者之间可能存在的产权关系、契约关系、行政关系和社会关系等4种关系。卡伦堡生态产业链、河南鹤壁煤业集团生态产业链及日本北九州生态产业链，分别代表自组织型、政府主导型和集团主导型3种生态产业链。结合社会网络理论，分析了3个代表性生态产业链中利益相关者关系网络治理情况，比较了3种生态产业链的治理特点，并提出了相应的治理建议。

| Abstract: | Relationship netw ork of eco‐industrial chain is presented based on stakeholder and governance theories . Four possible relationships ,that is ,property relationship ,contact relationship ,administrative relationship and social relation‐ship ,are proposed and analyzed .According to the main formation condition ,three types of eco‐industrial chain ,that is market‐driven ,cooperation leading ,government leading ,are proposed .Case study of three representative eco‐industrial chains are studied with social network analysis .Meantime ,their governance characteristics are compared ,some valuable suggestions for our eco‐industrial chain are proposed . |
