多层嵌套结构视角下区域环境对企业研发效率的影响研究

将外部环境融入到企业研发系统的研究相对较少，涉及企业研发系统与不同环境之间关系的研究更为鲜见。构建了企业研发系统及其“企业-区域”多层嵌套环境架构，以2008-2014年中国工业上市公司为样本，采用多层嵌套模型（HLM）实证检验了以地级市为单位的区域环境与企业层次环境对企业研发效率的影响，得出以下结论：①区域环境因素与企业层次环境因素存在层次上的差别；②企业层次环境嵌套于区域环境内；③企业层次环境因素即企业研发强度和企业规模都受到了区域环境因素的调节作用；④市场消费需求、人力资源等区域环境因素通过调节企业层次环境因素影响企业研发效率。

Impact of Regional Environment on Enterprise R & D Efficiency from the Multi-Level Nested Perspective---Empirical Evidence from China's Industrial Listed Companies

In the past ,scholars little involved the external environment into the discussion of the enterprise R&D systems , and the exploring of the relationship between the different environments of enterprise R&D system rarely appeared .We in‐itially built enterprise R&D system with its "Enterprise‐Region"nested environment architecture on theory ,and then we take the 2008‐2014 China's industrial listed companies as samples ,using hierarchical linear model (HLM ) to empirically test the impact of regional environment and enterprise‐level environment on the enterprise R&D efficiency .We draw the following main conclusions :there are differences on the level between regional environmental factors and firm‐level envi‐ronmental factors ;enterprise‐level environment nested in regional environment ;the enterprise‐level enterprise environ‐mental factors of R&D intensity and scale of the firm are subject to the regulation of regional environmental factors ;mar‐ket consumer demand ,human resources and other regional environmental factors would regulate the effect of enterprise‐level environmental factors on the enterprise R&D efficiency .
