技术创新网络第三方经纪行为选择

结构平衡是维持技术创新网络稳定的重要前提，第三方在组织关系由非平衡转向平衡的动态过程中具有积极推动作用。在结构平衡理论的基础上，从经纪报酬、结构洞效应和协调成本等方面考虑经纪行为选择动机，并通过知识权力反映第三方协调能力，对第三方在非平衡三元结构中的经纪行为选择进行了研究。针对处于不同位置的第三方，其经纪行为主要包括两个方面：分而治之和协同促进。结果表明，知识权力对第三方协同促进经纪行为选择具有决定性作用，当第三方不具备知识权力时，动机对行为选择的影响尤为明显。

Study on Brokerage Behavior Selection of Third Party in Technology Innovation Network---Based on Structural Balance T heory

Structure balance is the important precondition for stable technology innovation network ,the third party has an important role in driving the inter -organization relationship of from unbalance to balance .this paper based on the struc‐ture balance theory ,used brokerage remuneration ,effects of structural holes and coordination cost to consideration for the otivation of brokerage behavior ,and reflect the coordinated ability hrough the knowledge power ,research for the broker‐age behavior choice of third party in unbalance triad structure .For a third party in different position ,we explore two as‐pects of the brokerage behavior :tertius gaudens and tertius iungens .Our findings show that ,knowledge power has a deci‐sive role for a third party to choice tertius gaudens behavior ,when the third party does not have the knowledge power ,the effects of motivation on behavior choice are more obvious .
