| 摘 要： | 随着经济增长方式从要素驱动和投资驱动向创新驱动转变，追求自主创新和顺应技术范式演进已成为企业赢得持续技术竞争优势的新趋势。从技术范式演进视角，分析了企业技术范式的演进机理，从旧技术范式产生-形成、新旧技术范式并存、新技术范式形成3个阶段分析了技术范式演进阶段存在的创新能力发展风险，并指出企业在技术范式演进中应依次培育动态知识创造能力、动态项目管理能力和动态商业创新能力。构建了基于技术范式演进的动态创新能力模型，并针对该模型应用提出了管理建议。
