我院面临的挑战与对策

成人高教面临着新的挑战：“教育产业”的提出，意味着成人教育将更多地走向市场；全面推进素质教育的提出，凸现了成人高校的问题和不足；振兴教育，优先发展教育的提出，增大了成人教育的竞争力度。面对挑战和根据我院院情， 进行我院定位的战略性思考： 教育市场定位———普通高校； 教学层次和学科方向定位———本科为主要办学层次，管理学为主要学科方向；教学管理定位———以提高教学质量为中心，讲求可持续发展。

The present challenges for our college and the countermeasures

Adult colleges are now facing challenges:the move of "educational industry"means that adult education will go furthur into market;the move of all-round quality education presents outstandingly the problems and insufficiency of adult colleges;the move of inspiring education and giving priority to the development of education has intensified the competition of adult education.Facing challenges and being in accordance with the situations of our college,we should have the progress of allocational strategic considerations :the allocation of educational market--a common college;the allocation of levels of education and of the orientations of subjects--making undergraduate courses as the main level of the college,and making science of management as the main orientation;the allocation of teaching management--raising the quality of teaching as the core and seeking sustainable development.
