In this essay, on the base of the research the author concludes that in the opening financial atmospheres, the organization systems of the joint-stock commercial banks in China are confronted with severe challenges then they need the further improvement in these facts: the regeneration and the coordination of marketing system, risk control system and legal person structure system.
