| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了循环经济对于实现城市垃圾管理的作用,指出了循环经济是彻底解决城市垃圾问题的重要途径,提出了城市固体废物处理系统模型和循环经济模式下城市固体废物处理的流程,从系统优化的角度分析了城市固体废物处理的实施策略.

| Abstract: | The municipal solid waste management is an increasing serious problem.The paper analyses the importance of developing circular economy for the municipal solid waste management,and states that developing circular economy is the important way of thoroughly resolving the municipal solid waste.Then the paper put forwards the model of solid waste management system and the technological process of solid waste management in municipality. |
