| 摘 要： | 阐述了逆向物流的内涵,逆向物流与正向物流的关系。介绍了在商品流通领域中企业实施逆向物流管理的处理流程。阐明了商品流通企业建立逆向物流运营管理信息平台的重要性,分析了该平台应具备的功能,并对平台的总体结构、系统功能模块结构和系统安全结构等进行了设计。
