| 摘 要： | 知识创新体系是知识生产、扩散和应用的耦合系统,它是由政府、企业、高校、科研机构,教育培训和中介机构之间相互作用而形成的推动知识创新的网络系统,建设科学研究与高等教育有机结合的知识创新体系是全面推进中国特色国家创新体系建设的重点任务之一。本文从知识创新体系的基本内涵及现阶段我国知识创新体系建设的障碍和问题出发,分析了建设科学研究与高等教育有机结合的知识创新体系的基本对策。
