摘    要:随着我国经济的迅速发展及物流业在我国的快速兴起,运输企业间的激烈竞争和市场环境的持续变化将传统铁路货物运输业拓展为现代综合物流服务的新型企业模式,而铁路物流中心的规划设计方案则具有极其重要的现实意义。在分析影响我国铁路物流中心设计方案若干因素的基础上,根据其综合性能建立相应的评价指标体系。首先使用层次分析法求解指标属性权重向量,其次运用逼近理想解排序法对其相应的指标进行计算,给出综合评价结果。最后给出的算例验证了该方法可为相关企业决策者选择合理的铁路物流中心设计方案提供决策依据。

Abstract:With the rapid rise of logistics industry and economic development in China.The fierce competition between transportation enterprises and continuous change in market environment will change traditional railway freight industry into the modem logistics service enterprise,and planning and designing the scheme of the railway logistics center of has very important practical significance.Based on the analysis of the several factors of China railway logistics center design planning,corresponding evaluation index system according to the comprehensive performance.First using of AHP solving the index attribute weight vector,then using TOPSIS method to evaluate its comprehensive indexes.Finally explaining with the giving examples,test this method can give the related enterprise policy-makers decision-making basis to choose reasonable design of railway logistics center.
