| 摘 要： | 21世纪人才最重要,物流人才队伍的建设对于物流业的发展起着决定性的作用;如何建设一支现代化的物流人才队伍?这是我国物流业面临的重要课题之一。文章分析了物流人才的构成,和从我国物流人才队伍建设的现状出发,分析了我国现代物流人才队伍建设中存在的主要问题,并探讨了一些解决方案。
